Respecting your privacy and the importance of personal data protection, Leommi, with its registered address at Dr Ivana Ribara 87, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, company registration number 65890461, tax identification number 112124506, informs you about its privacy policy regarding the use of the Leommi website (hereinafter: the “Website”), retail sale via mail order or the internet under activity code 47.91, as well as about your rights, all in accordance with the applicable Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter: the “LPDP”).

Your personal data will be processed until we receive notice that you no longer wish your data to be processed, or until we receive notice that you no longer wish to receive messages, after which all your data will be permanently deleted, unless further retention is required by law.

In the above-mentioned cases, Leommi collects and processes your personal data on the basis of Article 12, item 2 of the LPDP, which provides that processing without consent is permitted for the purpose of fulfilling obligations prescribed by law, an act adopted in accordance with the law, or a contract concluded between the data subject and the controller, as well as for the purpose of preparing the conclusion of a contract.
